Then paste it into the box and submit.
If the site (default.asp) detects taht ror.xml (which this program will create for you) a nifty little logo will appear at the bottom of the homepage ;) You dont have to paste the link provided, the system will automatically do it if it dectects the rss (ror.xml) file.
